The heavy rain and floods in some areas of Metro Manila did not stop the invited guests of Sen. Bong Revilla, Jr. and Rep. Lani Mercado from witnessing the renewal of vows at the Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus in Villamor Airbase, Pasay City and attending the reception that followed at Sofitel Philippine Plaza’s The Harbour Tent.

It was no less than a grand wedding where food and drinks flowed complete with elaborate fireworks when the newlyweds entered the reception hall. Despite the failure of ex- Pres., now Lubao, Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo who the Revilla family steadfastly supported during her term as President, the schedule moved on without a setback.
